Hi! I’m Daiana.
I’m a certified Spanish teacher with over 15 years of experience helping non-native speakers communicate clearly and confidently in Spanish.
As someone who’s been learning Dutch for several years, I know how frustrating it can be to search for the right words in a conversation. That’s why I’ve developed this Business Spanish Training: to help you speak more fluently, feel more confident, and achieve your goals.
I’m passionate about language and culture, and I love learning from the people I teach. I’ve helped people from 20+ nationalities!

Do participants need a specific level of Spanish to start?
No, the Business Spanish Courses are 100% tailored to participants’ needs. I offer Business Spanish Training for levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2 CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
How are lessons delivered?
The lessons are delivered through Teams or Google Meet. In this way, participants can join either while they are working from home or at the office.
How long do Business Spanish Courses last?
This depends on participants’ needs. This will be specified in the Course Proposal I send you after our Let’s Talk Session
What material is used in the course?
Those who need to improve Spanish for work have different needs so we will decide which material to use after our Let’s Talk session (link). The material is typically a hard-copy book, digital material and real videos and articles related to their field of expertise (including customer service, sales, hospitality, education, etc).
How are lessons scheduled?
Private lessons can be scheduled on a weekly basis to ensure flexibility so that participants don’t miss any session. This is a Flexible English Course.
Group lessons are scheduled before session 1. All participants receive the schedule in advance.
How do I know participants are improving?
I include 2 Progress Reports per participant per course. I know it’s important to ensure your employees’ improvement. The Progress Report includes: topics covered, areas of improvement, commitment to the course and progress.
What if participants miss a lesson?
This is a Spanish Course with a flexible schedule. Private sessions can be rescheduled if participants notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Group sessions can’t be cancelled but participants who couldn’t join will receive the Class Reports with the notes to catch up for the next session.
Can they try a lesson for free?
No. Every session is carefully planned. In the Let’s Talk session or phone call, we will have the opportunity to know each other so you make sure I’m the right fit to help your employees.
